CANCELLATION/REFUND

Refunds are applicable if delivery is not possible due to carrier error not if consignee is not reachable or address/ pin code is incorrect.
PAYMENTS METHOD
MBVD Agro Tech has the right to select payment gateways as desired and may enable or disable payment methods without prior notice. 100% advance payment is required for confirmation of service.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

MBVD Agro Tech will not be deemed in default hereunder or held responsible for any cessation, interruption or delay in the performance of its obligations hereunder due to earthquake, flood, fire, storm, natural disaster, act of god, war, terrorism, armed conflict, labour strike, lockout, or boycott.
CESSATION OF OPERATION
MBVD Agro Tech may at any time, in its sole discretion and without advance notice to you, cease operation of the website and distribution of the services.
GOVERNING LAW & JURISDICTION
This agreement will be governed by the laws of the state of Uttar Pradesh without regard to its conflict of law principles to the contrary.
