Shipping , Refund and Returns Policy

We ship our products to almost all parts of India. Shipping Charges vary according to locations.

Shipping charges, COD charges, Taxes applicable are not refundable in the case of return/ cancellation of the product or the order.

The shipping charges can be modified by The Better Soul at any point without prior intimation. The new charges would reflect on the product page as well as in the checkout flow.

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, we’re here to help.

Estimated Delivery Time

Orders placed will be shipped within 7-10 days. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

The delivery date displayed while placing the order i.e. on the Product Details, Cart, Checkout and Order Confirmation page and in the order confirmation email are tentative. It may change once the order is shipped. Post shipment of the order, an Estimated Delivery Date will be displayed under ‘My Account ‘ section which will help you to keep a track of the shipment status of your order.

Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 1 hour from placing the order for a full refund. Orders cannot be cancelled once shipped. If the order cancellation request comes in after shipping or the parcel is rejected the 2 way shipping fees will be deducted from your refund.

Refunds and Returns

Any quality issues must be brought to our attention within 7 days of the receipt of the product.

Before you return a product, please make sure that:

– The product was purchased in the last 14 days

– The product is not used. Used products are not eligible for a refund.

  • Tooth Brushes will not be refunded at all .

– Refund may not be issued without the return of the product

You are required to contact us by email to get the return address for shipping.

Shipping charges incurred in connection with the return of a product are non-refundable.

Refunds will be made through the same mode of payment within 7 to 10 working days.

Damaged items

If you received a damaged product, please notify us immediately for assistance.

Refund may not be issued without the return of the product.

Kindly provide photographs for assessment of damage such that we can determine if it’s eligible for recall or disposal.
